Google released a new Topics feature in Google+, which will recommend Topics to users based on the things it thinks they will be interested in.
With the Topics feature, users will see recommended Topics in their Google+ Home Stream, and they can click each Topic to visit its page and view public posts associated with its theme. Topics
cover everything from sports, to animals, to photography and beyond.
In addition to featuring public posts, each Topic page also highlights related Collections and Communities that users can follow and join, respectively. Finally, each page contains links to other recommended Topic pages.
In a blog post, Google+ product manager Anna Kiyantseva said the platform already contains hundreds of Topics, available in English, Spanish and Portuguese. The Topics feature is now rolling out to users.
