The IFA 2016 tradeshow is underway in Berlin, and Lenovo has quietly launched the K6, K6 Power, and K6 Note smartphones. The company has not announced the pricing of these smartphones, but all of them are expected to roll out starting from September.
The smartphones come in Dark Grey, Gold, and Silver colour variants, and sport a metal unibody design. They run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, have an integrated fingerprint sensor, and support dual-SIM slots. All the three smartphones are powered by the same 64-bit Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor (4 x 1.2GHz Cortex-A53 + 4 x 1.5GHz Cortex-A53) with Adreno 505 GPU for graphics.
Beginning with the Lenovo K6, it features a 5-inch full-HD (1920×1090 pixels) display. It sports 2GB of RAM, and offers 16GB or 32GB of inbuilt storage. There is also an option to expand storage further via microSD. Optics include a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and an 8-megapixel selfie camera as well. It packs a 3000mAh battery, and offers connectivity options like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS.
Coming to the Lenovo K6 Power, the smartphone comes in two RAM/storage bundles – 2GB RAM/ 16GB storage and 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage, and packs a 4000mAh battery. All the other specifications are identical to the Lenovo K6 smartphone.
Lastly, the Lenovo K6 Note was also unveiled at IFA, and this smartphone is slightly larger and the most premium when compared to the other two. It features a 5.5-inch full-HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS display. it also comes in two bundles – 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage and 4GB RAM/ 32GB storage. Through the microSD card, storage can be further expanded up to 128GB. Optics include a 16-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, and an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The K6 Note also offers 4000mAh battery, and the connectivity options are similar to the other two smartphones.
