Telstra has expanded it services to small businesses with the offer of account management support for small business customers of all sizes.

On top of the “personalised” account management support Telstra also now offers one dedicated service number (132-000) with support seven days from 8am to 9pm and a dedicated specialist business team who is able and accountable for resolving queries from start to finish, across all business products and services.

Small businesses can also book an in-store appointment with a business expert and Telstra is also launching a new text service to support and enable customers to receive updates on actions from Telstra, so they don’t need to wait on the line, and an easy way to get back in touch with the same specialist if they need to, according to the telco.

“Our approach to small business account management support doesn’t come with lengthy terms, conditions and caveats, Telstra group executive consumer and small business Michael Ackland said. “From today if you are a small business customer with Telstra, you are eligible for this service at no added cost.”

Telstra was unable to provide details on waiting times for support calls and how this new offer will improve the services it provides.
