Obi Worldphone SF1 Available at a Discount of Rs. 1,400 Till Sunday

Obi Worldphone SF1 smartphone is available at a discounted price of Rs. 10,599 for 16GB storage variant and Rs. 12,599 for the 32GB storage variant. The Rs. 1,400 discount comes as a part of the company’s Valentine’s Day offer.

The Obi Worldphone SF1 smartphone was launched at a price tag of Rs. 11,999 for 16GB variant and Rs. 13,999 for 32GB model. While the 16GB version features 2GB of RAM, the 32GB version includes 3GB of RAM.

The dual-SIM based Obi Worldphone SF1 (Review) comes with 4G LTE connectivity with support for Indian LTE bands and features a unibody design with metallic accents and floating glass display. The smartphone comes with a 5-inch JDI In-Cell IPS full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display offering a pixel density of 443ppi, and sports Corning Gorilla Glass 4 for screen protection.

The SF1 runs Android 5.0.2 Lollipop with the Obi Lifespeed UI, and is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 (MSM8939) SoC clocked at 1.5GHz coupled with an Adreno 405 GPU. The handset supports expandable storage via microSD card (up to 64GB).

In addition, the Obi Worldphone SG1 sports a 13-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash, Sony Exmor IMX214 sensor, and f/2.0 aperture. There is a 5-megapixel front camera with LED flash also on board. It is backed by a 3000mAh battery and features an accelerometer, proximity sensor, gyroscope, and ambient light sensor.

The Worldphone SF1 by Obi, a company founded by former Apple CEO John Sculley, has been designed by San Francisco-based product studio Ammunition, which also developed Obi Lifespeed UI.
